The Weber and Ziörjen families found the independent company NT K+D AG from the split off plastics and sealing technology department.
1992
At the end of 1992 the founding family of Neotecha AG is offered the opportunity to take over the plastics and sealing technology and hydraulics division again.
1990
At the end of the 1980s the steadily growing Neotecha AG looks for a partner to secure its future and further growth and finds one in an American business group.
1970
The existence of what is now known as NT K+D AG begins more than fifty years ago under the name Neotecha AG. From modest beginnings, a flourishing company with a resounding name develops over the years. In addition to the original main business of sealing technology, the areas of chemical fittings and hydraulics are added.
