Our CNC milling machine shapes plastic precisely – exactly to your specifications! Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC technology, we process a wide variety of plastics and elastomers efficiently and reliably. Our experienced CNC specialists produce even complex geometries exactly according to your requirements. We rely directly on STEP or DXF files to ensure fast implementation and maximum precision. You can rely on quality, durability and fast production – with our CNC milling service.
Whether prototypes, small series or individual special parts – our flexible production capacities and expertise in material processing guarantee precise results. Our mechanical equipment enables us to work on parts with dimensions of up to 650 x 400 x 200 mm with a wall thickness from 2 mm for plastics and a minimum hardness of 90 Sh A for rubber materials. The CNC milling technology enables inner and outer diameters from 6 mm and 5 mm respectively and offers high dimensional accuracy within a tolerance range of ± 0.15 mm.
