Fabrication and warehouse

At Grossacherstrasse 41 in Hombrechtikon you will find our warehouse and fabrication site where we keep our extensive stock of materials, finished products and our machinery. If you make use of our walk-in service you will be greeted by our motivated and experienced team members which will gladly assist you in your search.

With over 50 years of know-how and the ability to process a wide range of plastics and elastomers, we are able to create top quality solutions which fit your specifications and needs.

CAD drawing

We design or model your requested object using modern CAD programs. Due to many years of experience in the field of additive and CNC manufacturing you can trust our team to design your components not only according to your exact requirements but to also optimise them for production.

Our motivated experts are looking forward to turn your ideas into real products!

Hourly rate: CHF 80.00

3D-Scan

We are able to scan objects in monochrome or colour up to a size of 3 x 3 x 3 metres to then create a professional CAD drawing. After the scanning process it is up to you how you use the file, we will of course happily create a 3D printed model for you. As colours sometimes do not translate perfectly into a scan, we are also able to do digital colour correction after scanning.

We want our customers to feel welcome, well informed, and comfortable at any point during their journey with us. Outstanding customer support and transparency are hence heavily emphasised and two of our core values.

Constant internal training courses ensure that our employees are up to date with their knowledge and skills such as for example communication or product and material expertise.

Due to our values and training we have highly competent and motivated team members which will gladly assist you with your query.

Call-off contracts

If you have products which are needed recurringly but do not have the place to store them or would like to profit from quantity discounts, you might find our call-off contracts quite useful.

Call-off contracts have a regular term of 12 months, a defined quantity and offer many advantages: The products will be stored at our warehouse with no additional cost, are ready to be dispatched within 24 hours (working days) after we receive your request and can be requested in variable batch sizes.

Clients which order the same articles consistently at least 3 times can save around 20% or more by using this service.

Product retraceability

Our modern and constantly updated EDP system holds all relevant product and material data.

Due to this, and our own manufacturing we can guarantee uncomplicated and transparent retraceability for the ordered products now and in the future.

We also offer suitable QM agreements.

Training courses

The training room in our headquarters is not just used for internal courses, we also offer NT training courses where clients can benefit from our more than 50 years of experience. These courses range from 3D technologies to sealing techniques and plastics knowledge. We offer them at at various levels.

Express Service

Malfunctions or accidents happen and can often halt a whole production line. When time becomes a crucial factor, you can rely on us to help you get back on track as quickly as possible.
Thanks to the expertise of our well-trained employees and our extensive range of machinery we can not only offer you top advice but also an uncomplicated and efficient express service.

You can either directly visit our factory with a template of the broken piece and potentially leave with the new one in an hour or call us for a direct consultation of what can be done.

Stock management

We conveniently store and manage the products you have purchased from us. As soon as the need for them arises on your side, we can dispatch them immediately shortening delivery times and saving you space.

The storage service is free of charge

Customer requirement-oriented packaging

If requested, we will pack products according to customer defined requirements. Single piece packaging or twelve packs with various product combinations are all possible.

This allows you to increase productivity: One package can for example contain all parts needed for a machine maintenance, removing the need to search for individual parts.
